Real Time Market Research

Here's a pretty cool tool for both the Real Estate Pro, or just your average buyer or seller looking for some real time market research.  Altos Research(www.altosresearch.com) has put together a real time tool that will produce comprehensive graphs and information on Real Estate Price Trends, Housing Market Conditions, Home Sales Trends and Homes for Sale, amoung other things, for personal use or for potential clients.  This is all done on a subscription basis, but wow, that's a lot of information at your finger tips.
